Sour Beer & Dessert Pairing with Cascade Brewing & Forking Amazing Restaurants, Wednesday March 8, 6:30p - 8:00p, GET TICKETS!
We are beyond excited to announce our first ticketed beer pairing event of 2017! Join us for a night of Cascade Brewing beers expertly paired with dessert-inspired creations from Chef Michael Bump, the Executive Pastry Chef for Forking Amazing Restaurants. Tickets to this event won’t last long, so don’t wait too long to snag yours! For the uninitiated, Cascade Brewing has been a pioneer in the sour beer renaissance since 2006 and is the proud innovator of the Northwest Sour Ale. Their distinctive sour beer blends feature fruit forward, barrel-aged ales that offer a complex array of flavors derived from Northwest grown ingredients, with each release capturing the unique subtleties of that year’s growing season. Cascade beers are brewed at the original brewery in Southwest Portland, then blended and aged at their nearby Blending House, which holds more than 1,500 oaks barrels and nine foudre tanks. Tim Larrance from Cascade Brewing will be making his first trip to Jacksonville and will be on hand to talk in depth about the brewing program!
